Existing Customers

If you are an existing customers of W Tools Direct and you have not received your username and password yet, please contact us and we will issue them.

How to Order

To place an order with us, you must have an existing active trade account.

Login to the website using your username and password. Browse or Search our online catalogue and add products to your shopping basket. You can manage the quantities and contents of your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Basket Summary' link which is always available at the top of the shopping basket.

When you are ready to place your order, click the 'Proceed to checkout' button at the bottom of the shopping basket. Check that the contents of your basket are correct, then click the 'Buy Now' button to place your order.

You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. You will be notified if any items in your order are out of stock at this point. Please note items are not a confirmed purchase at this stage. Please contact us if you need to reserve items for a definite sale.

Carriage is not included in these prices. This is added at the invoice stage. Please ask for details.

Cancelling an Order

Please contact us as quickly as possible after sending if you wish to cancel your order. Once dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.

Payment

We accept BACS online, bank transfer or cash paid direct into our banks branch. Cheques can take upto 10 days to clear. Once payment is verified orders are sent out on a 24 hour delivery basis, not including Saturdays. Customers further afield outside of mainland UK and Ireland please contact us for an approximate delivery time.

Dispatch & Delivery

All goods are dispatched as quickly as possible. Please check with us at time of placing order. Goods are sent out on either standard next working day with Allen Logistics Ltd.

Where is My Order?

We can track your order, just call us.

There's a Problem with My Order

Claims regarding shortage or wrong delivery of an item must be notified verbally and confirmed in writing to W Tools Direct within seven days of receiving your order. Claims will not be entertained after this time. Goods may well be mixed in one box so please make sure that ALL boxes are unpacked before entering a claim.

 

Collection

Goods may be collected from W Tools Direct if required during opening hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange collection.

View Your Orders

You can view a history of orders placed on this website only. Login to the website and go to the 'My Orders' page in the 'Support' section.

If you need copy invoices or account statements, please contact us.

Forgotten Your Username or Password

If you have forgotten your username, you may request it via the login page.

If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it via the login page. You must have access to your registered email account in order to reset your password. If you have changed email address, you will need to contact us.
